The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of one of Lander's original buildings, built in 1886. The building, which is known as the anchor for the Lander Art District, is an easy walk to art galleries, shops, restaurants, cafes, gyms and outdoor gear stores as well as NOLS and Wyoming Catholic College. 20 minute drive to Sinks Canyon State Park; 3-hour drive to Tetons/Yellowstone. Huge windows allow for great downtown views and lots of sunshine. Light blocking curtains installed on each window. The space You will be staying in a private, secure one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the second floor of a mixed-use building in the Lander Art District. The kitchen, dining area and living room are open living concept with plenty of room to spread out and to use the queen air mattress. The private bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, large closet, and side chair. The large full bathroom includes storage in the vanity, commode, and bathtub with shower. The washer and dryer are located off the main living area. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment. The main entry to the building and stairs are shared with The Studios Creative Workspace artists. The apartment has its own private and secure entrance. Other things to note This spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two story building and is accessible only by stairs. The stairwell is very wide with two flights broken up by a landing. The door to the stairwell is locked and accessible by code. The entry alcove and stairwell are well lit for safe entry after dark. Complimentary coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and laundry soap are included.
