The spacious backyard deck is ideal for relaxing, birdwatching, and enjoying the hot tub at the end of the day. Inside, the home is updated and comfortable with a modern feel. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counter-height seating, and it opens to the dining and living areas for easy gathering. A separate glass sunroom on the main level provides additional seating and natural light. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the first floor, while the second level features a primary suite. The home is centrally air-conditioned, and two of the bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. Narragansett Town Beach is just minutes away by car and easily accessible by bike or on foot. The home includes two Narragansett Town Beach passes with access to the changing rooms (parking not included). Pier Market Place is nearby, along with local favorites such as Trio/Celeste, the Coast Guard House, Crazy Burger, and PJ’s Pub. Although Kimberly Drive marks the line between South Kingstown and Narragansett, the home is closer to the center of Narragansett. It’s within walking distance of the elementary school and Sprague Park, and only minutes from downtown Wakefield, with its Main Street shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, Dunkin’, and Brickley’s Ice Cream. The William C. O’Neil (South County) Bike Path is a two-minute ride away, with access on nearby Riverside Drive. Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels.
