Extra charge depending on your usage of the other apartments in the cottage. when the guests are a couple of families, or big groups, they are welcome to use My Apt downstairs for extra $70 for cleaning and 20 fee per night. The suite on top of the garage is $40 for cleaning and 15$ per night for expenses. Fire place use is permitted but wood is not included (bring your own or use provided wood for a fee it) If guest bring extra people even just stay during day should pay $20 per person per day using barbecue charges $4 per each used $40 cleaning fee per animal per stay will be applied to guests with animal.
