Refreshing stone house with private pool

Our home is perfectly located and equipped to let you choose your own adventure. If you like the outdoors, use it as a base to hike in the Cevennes, cycle the vineyards of the garrigue, canoe to the Pont du Gard, etc. Or, if you prefer, tour the markets and restaurants of picturesque villages and towns such as Vezenobres, Uzès, and Nîmes. Then come home and relax in quiet privacy, enjoying exclusive use of the pool (Late May-Sept), or lounge by the fireplace according to the season. The space We were frequent Airbnb guests ourselves before we decided to buy in Cassagnoles. This is our second home, which we use for breaks and/or working from home throughout the year ourselves. We have therefore equipped it to a high standard which will allow you enjoy your stay. The fully renovated stone house sleeps 4 people comfortably in two bedrooms. You can fit an additional 2 in the pull-out sofa bed in the open-plan 1st floor "bibliotheque". The ground floor includes: - 30 square metre living room with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), cable TV, and reclining couch. - Dining room. - Modern, fully equipped kitchen. - Large, lit, outdoor dining room covered with an insulated roof - Garden with a Weber BBQ/plancha, sun loungers and 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, - Cellar with washer/dryer. The 1st floor includes a second 30-square metre "bibliotheque" with a sofa bed and workspace, and a double bedroom. The 28 square foot master bedroom is on the 3rd floor, and includes a large walk-in closet. Wifi is available throughout the house, including the outdoor dining area and pool. Guest access You have exclusive and private use of the whole house and the pool. We open the pool once the temperature is high enough--usually late May to the beginning of October. We can exceptionally try and extend this by a few weeks if you let us know in advance. But please be aware that the water temperature is unlikely to be above 17 degrees outside these times.
