The space The house lies at the edge of the village within a recently planted olive grove (2800 square meters), thus offering complete privacy and tranquillity but at the same time all the amenities of the village are at walking distance. It is ideal for big families or large groups of friends as 8-10 people can me hosted in two different apartments, one in each floor. The upper apartment is 100 square meters, with two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds respectively. The bedrooms give at the back of the house, to the fields and the mountain. The living room is very spacious, with big windows all around with breathtaking views to the mountain of Parnon, the valley of Astros and the sea. There are built sofas around where more people may sleep if necessary. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped. You can have your dinner inside at the dining corner of the living room or at the large veranda, views are the same! The lower apartment (50 square) meters has its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom, plus an extra bedroom with a double bed. The living room here is rather basic with two folded beds for more people to sleep. A covered terrace gives enough space to park your cars safely but also to linger and enjoy the views, eat your breakfast or even have a barbecue! A fire place at the upper apartment, central heating and A/C make the house pleasant all year round. The property is enclosed so older children may have a great time wandering around freely.
