Our home includes a spacious decked patio, fenced-in yard for you and your pet to enjoy all while enjoying your privacy. 15 min drive to downtown Denver, 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, 13 minutes to Broncos Stadium Walking distance to beautiful Huston Lake Park, Ruby Hill park, a 3 minute drive to I-25, and great ethnic cuisine nearby you will love staying here for all your Colorado adventures. The space This quite 2 bedroom with a large living area, hardwood floors, fully loaded kitchen. The lovely backyard has 15 trees, a open deck, grill and outdoor seating area. There is also a room in the basement intended for office work. The house has an evaporative cooler and not AC. Denver is the ideal climate for this eco-friendly air cooling. There are also ceiling fans in each bedroom for air flow. Guest access The house has a driveway available for off street parking. There is usually plenty of street parking available in front of the house as well. Just pay attention to the street sweeping parking signs.
