Perran Foundry is a safe and welcoming community, all are welcome. It is conveniently located between Falmouth, Flushing and Truro. The space The Hammer Mill is situated in the newly converted Perran Foundry development in Perranarworthal. This property is a Grade II Listed building and is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guest access Guests share the entrance with the host before going upstairs to their studio. Guests do not have access to the Ground floor kitchen and living area. This is the hosts private living area however there is a microwave in their own dining area. A continental breakfast will also be provided. Other things to note This is a private suite within a residential home with a shared entrance. Keys to the front door and your studio will be provided.
