INSIDE: Upstairs - Super comfortable beds! - Bedroom 1: Queen size bed & built in wardrobes - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds & built in wardrobes - Fantastic kitchen equipped with all your cooking needs including oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, plus gadgets like an electric fry pan - Main bathroom with large bath (shower over bath), toilet and vanity - Study with comfortable desk and chair, lounge and ethernet connection - Lounge room with beautiful pellet heater, Smart TV and couches - Open plan dining seating up to six guests comfortably - - Large wrap around veranda with beach/ocean views which is bathed in sunlight from morning to night The parents retreat downstairs is accessed by EXTERNAL staircase, however totally worth it! Downstairs - Plush Queen bedroom suite - Ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity - Laundry with washing machine and dryer - Sitting area with smart TV and two single seats - Direct access to the backyard including the gorgeous creek! The famous Redbill Surf beach is a short 2 minute stroll over the dunes and is ideal for swimming, surfing or watching the penguins come up at night. You can walk into town via the stunning beach path or if in a rush drive into the bakery, cafes, supermarket, bars and restaurants in just 3-4 minutes. The house is private, with the rear of the house surrounded by lush bush, and to the east you can soak in views of the surf, beach and Diamond Island. We have parking for at least two vehicles, as well as street parking (quiet cul-de-sack). Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, except the under house storage area.
