Placed inside the city limits of Concord NC. close to the home of Nascar, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Charlotte dirt track, ZMax Dragway. Close to Concord Mills Mall and PNC Music Pavilion. 12 miles to the Carolina Renaissance Festival. 6 miles from Cabarrus Arena and Event Center. From 2-30 miles there over 100 wineries and breweries to visit from this home. The space Children are welcome but home is not baby proof. Each bedroom has enough room for a pack and play or crib if needed. 2 bedrooms with Queen beds in each room and a Queen size air mattress to put in family room to give enough space for 6 guest. 1 full bath and single residence. One 60” TV in family room with Ruko. Both bedrooms have a 40” Ruko TV. Utube TV app used to watch over 100 channels. Dogs are allowed. An extra $75.00 will be charged for cleaning fee if dogs are going to be present. We can provide a large crate if needed with enough notice. Please pickup after your dogs. Doggie bags are provided.Dogs must use restroom outside no pee pads inside. Partially fenced just back and one side. Guest access Self check-in with touchpad access code lock on back door and lock box with key for backup on a post only if wireless keypad fails. Parking in the back of the home. Other things to note Owners are nearby if needed. No smoking.. If detected a 150.00 fine will be charged.
