Cozy, warm, spacious, ground floor, accessible apartment (75 m2) with spacious veranda. Living room, dining room and kitchen. Modern air ventilation system. Cozy bedroom with queen size bed (180 x 220 cm) with an extra TV. Fantastic bathroom with rain shower. The apartment is located in a small-scale chalet park in the outskirts of Soest in nature: in the middle of the forest and near Soestduinen. The space The apartment has a nice kitchen, equipped with all modern comforts. There is ample tableware and the basic necessities for cooking. The beautiful heated concrete floor offers a nice warmth in cold weather and a pleasant coolness in warm weather. A spacious veranda is accessible through the French doors. Enjoy nature: the silence, the rustling of the leaves, the birds and now and then a deer or a fox. Guest access Free parking near the apartment, at the entrance of the chalet park. If you need an accessible parking space close to the entrance of the apartment (for example, due to reduced mobility), please let us know, and we will make the parking space available near the front door. Other things to note We open the location for booking about 2 to 3 months in advance. If you would like to rent the apartment for a longer period of time, this is often possible: please contact us. Not far from the apartment, there is an airport for recreational aviation. Especially in summer and in good weather, gliders and small motor planes fly past the plot.
