Ca'Delle Rondini is a renovated old farm house with a modern extension. The house is located 550 meter above sea level with stunning panoramic views towards the surrounding Langhe hills, covered in vines and woodland. Outside you will find 18 meter infinity pool to relax and wild mediterranean styled garden for tranquility. Please note the use of the swiming pool is from May to end of September. The space The ground floor of the house has open plan living and dinning area. Dinning table seats 8 people. The living area opens up to the covered terrace space with outside table seating 10 people. Adjoining the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for 4 people. On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bath/shower rooms. In a separate building, are housed 2 further double bedrooms, both with ensuite shower room. In the same building below the bedrooms, you will find a gym/excercise space. Laundry room is housed in the main building. Outside, you will find 18 meter by 6 meters infinity pool. Around the pool, there are 4 poolside sun lounger, pool side chairs and sofa set. The landscaped garden around the house is sectioned between several gravel and lawn area, each on different theamed planting. As the property is near the top of the hill, it has different panoramic veiws of Langhe hills to enjoy from various parts of the house and garden. On a clear day, the sunset towards the Alps is a view worth the stay. Beyond the garden, the property includes just under 2 hectares of vinyards producing Moscato and Dolcetto wines. Guest access The property is few minutes drive up the hill from the village of Cossano Belbo and 10 minutes from Santo Stefano Belbo. Roughly half and hour will take you to Alba, Asti and Acqui Terme. Barbaresco is also 30 minutes and Barolo being 45 minutes drive away. It has open parking space for 3 cars. Other things to note The guest property is attached to the main house owned by the host. The host may be present during the stay of the guest. The guests will have their own space away from the host but if absolute complete privacy is required, please contact the host. Also please note that we do not allow any parties in the property.
