Your grand forest sanctuary awaits. The space The Chalet consist of 3 bedrooms and a full washroom on the upper level. Sleeping arrangements: 4 queen beds on the upper level sleeps 8 3 double mattress kept inside the closet with extra beddings and blankets sleeps 4-5 people. On the main floor we have a huge eat-in fully functioning kitchen with appliance, huge dining room, great family room with fire place and smart tv, sitting room with cozy fireplace for your guests to have morning coffee and a powder room We also have a huge entertainment/ recreational room with pool table & board games and a full washroom. A huge private backyard with a bbq, hot tub & karaoke to end the night around the fire pit. Please drive slowly on the driveway which leads to the Chalet as it’s a crossing area for deers, ducks and many small animals. **BBQ we do not provide propane tank ** The host is not legally accountable for any damages whether to people or property that might result from using our services, facilities or products or Outdoor spaces Pls note you will find many wildlife including bugs, ants, flies, spiders, garden snakes, frogs, mice and many more. We try our utmost best practices to keep the indoor and outdoor spaces clean and use the most effective pest control Guest access Guest have full access to the Rakes Chalet with a huge private backyard backing to dense forest. There is a very spacious hot tub completely private in the backyard to relax and spend the night with friends and family **Uber eats deliver directly to Rakes Chalet** **Absolutely no hunting or fishing in the property** Other things to note KITCHEN There will be no condiments EARLY CHECK IN: 100$ early check in fee will apply before 4pm POOL OPENING June 2026 POOL CLOSING Sept 2026 INTERNET Please be mindful the Wi-Fi connection is intermittent due to the farm area. Please be mindful the hot tub and pool is maintained best of our ability since it’s open area there could be debris found frequently. And it’s hard water directly from the well so you will find calcium deposits in the hot tub which is naturally occurring and with the best filtration system there is nothing more possibly we could do but rest assured the water is sanitized and clean.
