Newly updated modern rustic guest cottage in the fun Bushrod neighborhood. The unit has a full kitchen and bath as well as 40" Smart TV. Convenient to public transportation: 10 min walk to Ashby Bart Station / Lyft bike stand around the corner / AC transit bus lines within 1 block. Commuters to downtown SF can easily get to there in 30-40 min door to door. The space Guests will have a private entrance and are welcome to use the shared backyard during their visit. The unit has high speed internet and a 40" Roku Smart TV. The bed is brand new double size Tuft & Needle. If you are traveling with a toddler or infant we have a high chair, pak n play and a lot of toys available. Please note: We do live on the property and have young children. There is a chance the kids will be using the yard after-school. Other things to note This unit has ample natural light (see photos) and there is a skylight over the bed. We recommend using an eye mask if you sleep better in darker conditions.
