Enjoy sunrise views over the mountains and sunsets over the Cambrian Bay in beautiful accommodation that has all you need for a comfortable break away. Super warm room with a comfy double bed, kitchen in the same room and central heating with a separate shower room and private wood fired hot tub (£30extra) accessed outdoors. Enjoy breathtaking views of Snowdonia National Park and hear the gentle sound of the train in the valley below as it passes. A very special remote walkers and bikers paradise tucked away from the world but close to attractions and good restaurants. Observe a variety of wildlife including red kites flying high in the sky. Close to wild swimming, mountain bike trails and footpaths, with award winning restaurants a stones throw from your base. 20 min walk to the village pub and close to cycle routes and beach. Guest access Room with a double bed, garden with fire pit, wood fired hot tub and big starry skies. Kitchen, mountain views and separate washroom with shower accessed outdoors from the room. Access via a farm track with ample parking or via public transport. Other things to note The property is down a farm track not suitable for Ferraris, large campervans or low sports cars. If you would like a hot tub during your stay, please pay £30 per hot tub. We will fill the tub with cold water before your arrival and provide a large basket of wood, kindling and paper for you to light it. It will need you to tend the fire and add plenty of wood for about two hours to get it hot. If you would like it hot on arrival or for a certain time, please ask and we may be able to help if we are on site. We charge an additional £20 for this service. Please drive a maximum of 5mph on the access lane. Please call if you are lost-a location tag and directions will be provided prior to arrival. Firepit Wood and a lighter are available. Extra wood is charged at £10 per basket. Please do not light the fire pit in high winds. Please ensure it is cleaned after use. Please do not leave the BBQ unattended at any time. Please do not take glass or breakables outdoors. Outdoor Chairs are provided Wet Days (In Wales?!-Never!) An umbrella is provided for wet days. Cooking Pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, oil, salt and pepper, tea, herbs, herbal tea, sugar, coffee, a toaster, mini chopping board, wine glasses, water glasses, mugs, a microwave, fridge freezer, tin opener, cork screw and lighter are provided in the unit. Fairy liquid, a sponge and tea towel are available for your use. Washing Facilities The shower room is located in a separate building. Hand soap, robes, shampoo, conditioner provided. Bring slip on shoes for trips out to the shower.
