Our house was built in 1900 it has older architectural features. Please look at all the pictures. Private entrance, bathroom, and kitchen with range and refrigerator. Living room has plenty of seating and smart TV. Two block walk to the downtown with 17 restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Only 3 blocks to the marina! The space Private off street parking for 2 vehicles , second floor outside private entrance via stairs. Renovated in Fall 2019, absolutely no pets or smoking in the unit. Walking distance to Downtown, Marina and Coal Dock park with bridge to South Beach. North Beach entrance by Lower Lake Park. Ozaukee Interurban Bike Trail close by. Great little town on the shores of Lake Michigan! Other things to note We are at the top of a hill. You can walk 2 blocks to downtown, another block to the harbor. From coal dock park you can walk over a bridge to south beach. Or you can drive down to the parking lot and just walk out to the beach. Playground down by the lake, on the upper bluff we have a big all children's playground. If you walk west down our alley is the public swimming pool just down the hill. Some people just leave their car and walk everywhere. I even walk to the harbor, It's a beautiful spot. Bring your sand toys and beach chairs. You can also rent kayaks and bikes downtown.
