Townhouse in Wasaga Beach

Perfect for family fun & making new memories! The space The townhouse shares a private beach and a pool located on the beach between beach areas 4 & 5. We are located an 8 minute drive to the action of beach area 1. We are close to restaurants and numerous amenities. All mattresses are new luxury pillow top queen mattresses purchased May 2023. The townhouse offers a fully equipped kitchen (renovated with quartz countertops), gas fireplace in the living room, 2 bedrooms (3 beds), high speed internet/wifi, cable TV with sports, Disney+, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Everything you need for your getaway! We are located a 20 min drive to Collingwood, 25-30 mins to either Blue Mountain or Horseshoe Valley. We are close to trails for hiking. Guest access The interior of the townhouse is yours to enjoy, equipped to feel like your home away from home. Everything outside is shared with guests of our small 6 townhouse complex, including backyard, seasonal heated salt water pool, BBQs (dedicated), lounge chairs, picnic tables, outdoor ping pong table, and private beach area for our guests only. Other things to note Pool is open seasonally between June-September (weather permitting). The pool is now open for the 2025 season. We have recently upgraded our pool to a salt water pool. The house is cleaned and sanitized between guests to ensure the health and safety of all our guests. We adhere to the most stringent cleaning protocols. All bed linens, blankets, bath mats etc. are replaced and washed between each guest. Our beds each come equipped with a zippered waterproof sanitary barrier, as well as an additional mattress protector (that is regularly removed and laundered). Our pillows also come equipped with pillow protectors.
