Home in Oak Island

Our comfy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house has lots of amenities (including stuff for kids) to aid in an enjoyable beach vacation. It provides a fresh, clean, comfortable experience for your vacation. The space is relaxing, uncluttered and filled with plenty of natural light. It is single story with no steps for easy access for young and old. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a nice outdoor seating area with lights. The space We provide linens and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. We have a coffee grinder and maker, a toaster, spices, cooking oil, pots, pans, utensils, plates and bowls. Dish and dishwasher detergent is provided . There is a washer and dryer in the house and we provide laundry detergent for you to use. In the living room there in a large Smart TV. We have WiFi (It’s fiber so it’s very fast!) so you can log into your own Hulu or Netflix accounts. There is also an HDMI cable that you can use to stream from your own personal device. We also leave toys in the closet of the kids room for guests with kids. You will find beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and some beach toys in the garage. Feel free to also use the kayaks that we have along the fence in the backyard. Other things to note There is no smoking permitted in the house or on the property. Evidence of smoking inside the home or on property will result in a significant additional cleaning fee. Pets are also not allowed. You must be 25 years or older to rent our home. September -April, we require a 3 night minimum stay. May-August we require a 7 night minimum stay. We have 1 security camera. It is located by the garage and only shows the driveway and front yard. We have this to check on our property when we are not there (Especially during hurricane season!) This is the only camera that we have on the property.
