There is no better address in Cannes than 33 Rue Felix Faure. The famous Croisette, shopping, the Palais, and the sea side are just outside your door. San Remo on the Italian Riviera, ski resorts of Auron, Valberge, and Isola 2000 are less than two hours away from the palm lined coast. The apartment is designed so you can conduct your business and take advantage of its location and layout when you have downtime. Whether you have business at the Palais, or your destination is fine dining, shopping, or sight seeing, you will appreciate having the best of everything right outside the door. While we do everything possible to accommodate your budget, please understand that during peak holiday periods and festivals, the rental fee may be higher than the base rental that is posted. What is wonderful is that while outside your front door you'll find the best shops, restaurants, beaches, and entertainment, the apartment itself overlooks a cobblestone pedestrian street which at night is an oasis of calm and quiet. We are surrounded on every side by pedestrian streets so there is no noise or pollution from automobile traffic. Other things to note Prices in Cannes always reflect value because year round demand is very high while there is a shortage of well located quality lodging. If you are swayed by a "bargain" price, there is a good chance there will be a difference from what you are expecting and what you get. Please keep in mind that because of the steep hills, distance does not necessarily reflect convenience. A further issue is standards of cleanliness. This cannot be reflected in photos.
