This newly built home on Portage Lake is the perfect getaway for large groups and families! The house holds 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an indoor AND outdoor kitchen, an open concept living room, and a laundry room. The backyard patio set and table, bonfire pit, picnic table, and dock are free game for guests. 2 kayaks and a 5 seater paddle boat are also yours to use! With the exception of the garage and the basement, the entire house is free to enjoy during your stay. I am brand new to Airbnb, which is why you won’t see many reviews for now. I’m willing to work with and accommodate everyone as best I can to ensure this stay is as easy and enjoyable as can be! I am available 24/7 via phone, text, and email for any questions/assistance! My father, Hass, is also available at all times and lives close by for any onsite assistance! The boat launch and marina face the back of the home, making it very convenient to drop your own boat/jet ski and park them right at dock! There is Riverside pizza and a local party/convenience store that are both within a 3-4 minute walk from the home.
