Private studio set in the lush woods of southeastern VT. Walk out your door and onto the best hiking and biking trails in the area. Family friendly. All are welcome. The space Our home is tucked in the beautiful woods of southeastern Vermont. We are surrounded by trails and dirt roads, all of which are excellent for walking, hiking, gravel and mountain biking, snowshoeing and nordic skiing. We are a family with two children inhabiting the house above the studio. The house is quiet from around 8 pm to around 7 am, and then the sounds of daily life can be expected. You will hear us living life above you. We also have 2 sweet Holland lop bunnies who live outside and a 4 year old border collie-mix-rescue dog named "Peppa". Guest access You have complete and private access to the entire studio. In addition, you have access to the fire ring (we'll even get it started for you!) and the yard (including picnic table, outdoor seating, trails, and childrens' play equipment). Other things to note **WINTER & EARLY SPRING RESERVATIONS** If you are hoping to visit from November-April, you will need an All-Wheel Drive, 4x4, or snow tires on a FWD vehicle. This is all weather dependent, of course. The roads to our house and our driveway are steep. Inclement weather (including mud in "mud season") might result in needing to park at the bottom of our driveway. Our road and driveway are always plowed and sanded, but not until after a storm has passed. Happy to discuss this more as needed.
