As one of the closest properties to Hurricane Marina on the lake, we are also walking distance to the water, which is a rarity on CHL! Our home offers a great outdoor living experience, 2 wrap around porches, swings, screened in room, hot tub, immersive fire pit, 3 bedrooms each w/ full bath. Walk to the beaches, playground, visit Hurricane Marina for restaurants, music, & boat rentals! PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING-MUST BE 25+ Everything in this house is usable by guests! Hot tub Porch swings Enclosed patio / Sunroom Grill with propane Fire Pit (we don’t keep wood stocked, but can help coordinate a delivery if you would like, price would depend on availability from a couple of people we use. Give us a couple of days notice to coordinate.) The road out front and behind the house leads to a playground at floating mill park. Just past the park is the swim beach. The beach and park / picnic areas are all operated by the core of engineers - check with the gate to see if there are any day use fees. 1/2 mile trip down the road to Hurricane Marina and Blue Water Grill, boat rentals, live music, and more! All space is accessible except an owners closets in the basement. We live in Nashville and are available for assistance if required during your stay. We are only feet away from Floating Mill Park with a boat ramp, playgrounds, picnic areas, and swim beaches. We are only 1/2 mile from Hurricane Marina and Blue Water Grill! We have a small gravel drive for parking and loading, and there is street parking at the house. The marina has ample parking and they offer golf cart transportation down to the marina from their lot. We recently installed a sanitizing UV light system on our HVAC unit, which neutralizes airborne pathogens such as bacteria and viruses to help keep our home as safe as possible during COVID. -MUST BE 25 or older to rent this property no exceptions. We’ve had too many issues with this. -*NO PETS* - as much as we love animals, we do not allow guests to bring theirs (unless it is a service animal & paperwork has been provided). The extra wear & tear on our beautiful cabins is a risk we will not take. -We do not allow unauthorized guests on the property (sleeping or visiting), only those guests confirmed on the reservation are permitted.
