Most of my guests make this space home for a few weeks to a few months. I lived here myself at one point and am excited to share my former home with you! About the apartment: This 56 sq. m. apartment offers a cozy home that can fit 2-4 people (2+2 extra). The bed is very comfortable for 2 guests and, with plenty of space in the living room, extra guests can make use of the large couch or tatami mattress (on request) for a good night's sleep. The apartment comes with high-speed WiFi, microwave and washing machine that cater for a comfortable long stay. A large wardrobe in the bedroom means there's plenty of space for your clothes - you won't have to live out of your suitcases and can feel more at home. A small balcony provides a sunny space for drying your washing. In the living room, looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green space is perfect for some mindful meditation and an evening wind-down. My apartment is centrally located in the vibrant residential area, Ari, known for its great restaurants, cafes, bars and of course street food. It allows easy access to transportation (BTS, taxi, motorbike taxi, and tuk-tuk all within walking distance). From Ari/Sanampao BTS station, it is direct line to Airport Link rail at Phaya Thai stop, JJ Market at Mo Chit hub (also MRT and bus terminal), and Siam Paragon at Siam Square (shopping centre and connections to other BTS lines). Other perks: Room cleaning service during your stay with our regular, trustworthy cleaner is also available on request at minimal additional cost. Locating in a small-medium building (8 floors, 70 units), the property gives a more homey feel while also provides convenient access to rooftop gym & pool facilities, which you will often have to yourself. The room is located right next to the elevators on the 5th floor, offering step-free access for people with mobility difficulties and pram users. There's free parking for our guests in the building's private car park. With lots of slots, you never have to worry about finding a parking space. The building is guarded 24/7 for your peace of mind. Guest access Guests will enjoy full privacy of the whole apartment during their stay, as well as access to a 20-metre rooftop pool and gym facilities; high-speed WiFi in the room; and free parking space. Other things to note The TV only comes with basic Thai cable programmes. We do not offer international channels, but our guests tend to make the most of our high speed internet to stream their news and TV programmes.
