If you book with us you are promised hassle free stay and relaxing time after exploring Lisbon. The space The apartment is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped. It is on the second floor of a small 19th century building. The building has only two other apartments and no lift/elevator (so not suitable for people with mobility problems). Located in the heart of Bairro Alto neirborhood, a place that truly changes from night to day. In daylight this bohemian district is a sleepy and quiet place with open shops and galleries. When the sun sets a new life begins, with restaurants and bars opening their doors, and crowds showing up to spend their bar-hopping night. The apartment itself is spacious, it offers: Master bedroom - suite type: 1 king size bed (160*200), TV and private bathroom with a shower Single bedroom: Single bed (90*200), 1 sofa-bed (for use as another single bed) Living room with smart TV, dining table, Nespresso coffee machine and L shaped sofa bed (can be used as another double bed 140*200) Bathroom with a shower Kitchen fully equipped: microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine. All rooms are also equipped with air conditioning. It can accommodate up to 6 people and has all the appliances for long and short stays. Cleaning is made before the arrivals. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest. Free wifi. Guest access You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay. Other things to note Please keep in mind we provide check-in until 22:00. Later check-in is possible if asked in advance and its charged extra: until 00:00 / 20euro, until 02:00 / 40euro. NOT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN AFTER 02:00 It is a 2nd floor without lift, and therefore not suitable for persons with mobility problems. Please keep in mind, that you are staying in a house located in well known bar area, streets could be noisy till late night, especially on Friday and Saturday. We are obliged by the Portuguese and European Union Authorities to provide our guests ID/passport information to the Portuguese Border Control. Is it mandatory by the law to ask for identification document informations of all the visitors for registration. Please keep in your mind, that if you travel in a group, all the guest has to be personally present for the check-in with valid ID.
