Quiet neighborhood, pet friendly house with fenced in yard (but very clean), nicely landscaped, modern, peaceful, serene with a nice deck to enjoy Missouri from. Close to town but private for being in town. New kitchen, new walk-in tiled shower, and many nice features at an affordable price make this a great place for short term business travelers, families, or extended stay guests. The space Stone fireplace, beautiful and large deck, private back yard with full privacy fence. Kitchen and living on main level of this split level house. Bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Finished basement as a bonus space, with extra full bath with walk-in tiled shower, and laundry. Guest access Full access excluding garage. Other things to note The backyard is large and has a privacy fence. Private for a neighborhood setting. The air conditioner does make a high pitched noise periodically. It works great though. Pets are welcome but guests are required to clean up pet waste. Additional fees may be imposed for failure to cleanup. Laundry room in basement. Small amount of detergent and fabric softener is provided but longer stay guests should plan to purchase their own. Same for dishwasher. Guests must run dishwasher before leaving.
