We are in the Poblado district and just minutes from the famous malls, restaurants, and schools of our area. Known for its safety and cleanliness, our condo is strategically situated between the roads Transversal Inferior and Superior, the main arteries that get you in and out of the neighborhood. Less than five minutes to the Tesoro and Santa Fe Malls, and 8 minutes to restaurants in Provenca! The space Thank you for viewing our family apartment in Medellin. We purchased this apartment due to its central location in one of the most exclusive locations in Medellin, El Poblado. It has a broad, expansive deck with uninterrupted views of Medellin, which was very important to us. Due to the friendly culture of the St. Pierre community where people know each other, if you’re looking to have loud parties on a nightly basis, this WON’T be the place to you. At this time, we are only renting to either a) Families with children b) Couples We do not rent to students or groups of friends. Oftentimes apartments have their view (eventually) obscured by newer buildings, but due to the way St. Pierre was built it is virtually impossible to disrupt the views from our apartment. Enjoy gentle breezes throughout the home by opening the balcony up which you can do 365 days a year in the city of eternal spring. The apartment is generously apportioned with three bedrooms, each bedroom having its own bathroom. Within the St. Pierre complex itself, located centrally in El Poblado, you have extremely friendly families with a lot of beautiful amenities, including pools, hot tubs, gyms, and green walking areas.
