We live in the area and can respond/resolve to any questions or concerns you may have. Notice: Laundry is down slightly steep stairs to basement, please consider before booking! The space This place is perfect for the solo-traveler, a couple's retreat in the city, family vacation or a perfect solution to a business trip extended stay. Let us know if you have any questions! Guest access You will have access to the 1st floor apartment, the side patio and back porch. Please no parking in the rear lot. Other things to note NOTICE: To ensure that we provide the best stay for travelers coming to and through St. Louis, we do not host anyone local to St. Louis or surrounding areas. We also rarely host any new guests, guests with no/few reviews. So please consider this before inquiring, as we offer a specific kind of stay for the well-traveled AirBnB guest. :-) We do encourage people to get out and have fun during their stay, though we do not allow parties or loud/late-night events.
