The place is cozy enough for couple, but could also be family & "barkada"-friendly. Th unit has big/ full mirror that would be best for those who are looking for place where they can prepare/ do make-up for an event. The space is completely furnished and you could stay comfortably as if you are just in your home. . The unit has microwave & kitchen utensils, you can still enjoy to dine inside the room. The toilet has bidet that is separated from bathroom, which is provided with water heater. There is also water purifying system that you would not need to go out and buy for drinking water The room has air conditioner, with 50" Television provided soon with NETFLIX to enjoy unlimited movies to enjoy your stay better and maximize bonding time. There is also Cable Channels to complete your day. One of the necessities to our modern time, the unit has hi speed wi-fi up to approximately 10mbps. Towels provided, maximum of 4. Bed sheets and blankets are provided depending on the number of guests. TISSUE IS PROVIDED, BUT TOILETRIES LIKE SOAP & SHAMPOO ARE PROVIDED ON SATURDAYS ONLY. Consumables like liquid hand soap & dishwashing liquid are also available. Unit is in Cityland-Tagaytay Prime Residences, near the known e.aguinaldo ROTONDA, across new McDonalds. On its left, way going to people's park/Tagaytay Highlands. On its right, you can see Pamana Restaurant, Bag of beans, Serin (Ayala mall) and way going to Skyranch/Taal Vista/Leslie's.. Building is walking distance to Olivarez Station, in which you can find grocery, stores & restaurants You will surely be comfortable in my unit, and will enjoy the city of Tagaytay! STARTING APRIL1 2022, POOL SHALL BE OPEN w/ PROPER OBSERVANCE OF PROTOCOL, BUT CLOSED ON MONDAYS & THURSDAYS FOR CLEANING Guest access Registered guests could access swimming pool & also enjoy the top view deck of the building. Pool hours is from 6am to 10pm, but close on Thursdays for maintenance. Child more than three years old is counted as 1guest There is also play room near the pool area where your kids would enjoy. There are a lot of parking spaces available with fee of P50/day, possibly P50/entry during weekend depending on the guard on duty. Other things to note SECURITY DEPOSIT OF P1000 refundable upon check out. Add'l cleaning fee of P100 to be paid upon check in for more than 4guests. CLEAN AS YOU GO! Wash/arrange soiled dishes.. Wastes on trash cans/box/plastics.. TREAT OUR HOME AS IF IT IS YOURS! P200 penalty if wastes were not kept in trash can/plastic/box. Do not throw anything on TOILET BOWL & SINK. Used cooking oil on bottle provided. Turn off all lights & appliances, to help us maintain our affordable rates & for SAFETY PURPOSES. PENALTY OF 1000 for LOUD NOISE & MISCONDUCT if residents nearby filed a complain. Maximum towel, toothbrush & other essentials to be provided in the unit is four. Please provide 1gov't ID before booking date through e-mail, or bring copy of ID upon arrival/ allow us to take a picture of your ID upon check in. Heavy cooking & smelly foods like dried fish is not allowed. There would be 1000 pesos penalty if nearby residents filed a complaint. Water purifier has been provided with no guarantee of 100% pure safe. It is still advisable to purchase bottled drinking water for persons with history of abdominal/gastric diseases and for small kids. Inspection shall be done before check out, any loss or damage shall be charged accordingly, as also agreed with the terms and conditions in Airbnb website. Loss of keys would also be charged accordingly.
