It is a self-contained private space and has quick direct links to London and a peaceful local setting. The space This is a light and airy self-contained loft apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The open-plan living area is very comfortable and leads into a well-appointed shower room. The mezzanine bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, Velux windows and a king-size bed. It's a popular apartment which has great links to London, the Kent countryside and the seaside. It is situated on a wide, leafy road with plentiful on-road parking. It is a peaceful area, bordered by Beckenham Place Park which is an amazing woodland full of wildlife. It is also a 15 minute walk to either Beckenham or Bromley, and frequent bus services stop outside the house for both towns. These local towns have plentiful restaurants, green spaces, shops and leisure facilities. A local health club has a fantastic wet spa which visitors can buy evening passes for. As we live on site, we are happy to help out with local information and tips! Included in the price are linen and towel (and a cleaning service for longer stays). Whilst the main double bedroom is on the mezannine floor (up a spiral staircase), the sofa in the shared lounge area converts to a double bed too. This is ideal for children, or for more adults - although it is not a separate room. Guest access Guests have full use of the self contained flat.
