Perfect Xmas holiday let available December 22nd - Jan 18th our home offers great views of False Bay and is perfect for several families or a large group to relax and unwind. 5 bedrooms have sea views and the 6th a mountain view. We are very close to Boulders Beach (penguin colony) and 5 minute drive from Simon's Town centre. All bedrooms are en-suite with flat screenTV's and air con. Free wi-fi is available . Our pool deck overlooks the ocean and is a great place to sit and relax. The space Our home is modern light and beach style. We have amazing sea and bay views from all but one of the rooms.The house is very new and is therefore neat and clean. Guest access There will be access to all of the house except the garage. Other things to note The house has stairs, retaining walls and an unfenced pool. It is therefore unsuitable for the disabled or small children.
