Private-10 minutes from Original Woodstock site-Sleep up to 16 but fun-comfy for smaller family’s/groups. 20 acre lakefront private estate-90 miles from NYC. Estate includes swimming pool//fishing/fire pit/game-room/ping-pong/Hot-Tub/darts/fooseball. Attractions nearby: SKI MOUNTAINS/4 Golf Courses/Bethel Woods-Next door to Beaverwood Farm @beaverwoodfarmers (Only 10 min walk to Shul+Airuv + sukkah set up and available). The space There are two houses on the estate: one large one with five bedrooms and another guest house about 50 feet away with two bedrooms and a loft. Our lake is private and there’s plenty of fish. Feel free to go finishing just bring your own equipment! There 21 real beds + 3 couches + 10 air mattress. You are welcome to set up a tent outside and sleep by the water where you will wake up to one amazing view ( prior arranged must be made for camping). We have a large smart tv that you can use for presentations...etc. we have a grill that will be available for use and we provide the propane. We also have a large fire pit with firewood provided. Pool is open during the summer months. Hot tub is open all year around. Guest access It's a big place with lots of sleeping arrangements/options. We do what we can to accommodate your needs. But generally, unless otherwise discussed you will have the whole estate for yourself.
