Our styled brand new “houses in nature” are situated in the olive groves of Lyridianà, along the old national road between Kolymbari and Kissamos. The modern and airy ground floor apartment with private veranda has a bedroom, a double room with single beds, a living room with convertible sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with rainfall shower. The place is well located regarding fab Falassarna beach, Elafonisi and Balos, the town of Chania and easy to reach from Chania Airport. The space The site is located on the eastern hills of the Kissamos Bay. The access is directly from the old national road, few minutes from the nearest beach in Koleni, 10 minutes from Kissamos and Kolymbari. A path among the trees takes you from the shady parking to the main entrance. All around quietness and olive trees, flowers and a spectacular view of the Kissamos bay and the Gramvousa peninsula. The apartment, built in 2017, is about 55 m2, has a living room with private veranda, a bedroom with double bed, a children's room with two single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom and is perfect for a family. If you have more than two children there is a convertible Sofa-Bed in the living room so that you can switch between day and night mode within 10 seconds. We also have smaller apartments with only one double bedroom (plus convertible Sofa-Bed). Please check our other listing or contact us. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, cooktop, fridge with freezer, ketty, toaster and so on. You choose if you prefer to eat in the kitchen or outside, on your private veranda with sea-view. The double room offers a massive wood queen size bed with natural Latex matress, memory foam pillows (standard or thick, you choose) and first quality cotton linen, towels and blankets. The modern arranged bathroom has a "rainfall" shower. The childrens room has a mezzanine bunk bed with two single beds, both matresses are 90x200. Both living room and bedroom are airconditioned/heated. We are open all year. From spring 2018 a swimming pool will be available for our guests.
