This house is also not a far drive from all spots in the Crozon Peninsula. GROUND FLOOR : ------------------------ The house has on the ground floor a cosy bright living room, a modern fitted kitchen, toilets and a bathroom with a shower. UPSTAIRS : ------------- You will find 3 sleeping rooms. BABY: ------- This charming house has a complete equipment to receive a baby: a comfortable wooden bed, a changing table, a high chair, a small bathtub, a foam play mat, toys... HEATING & ELECTRICITY : ------------------------------------------- Included in the price. INTERNET ACCESS : ----------------------------- Internet access in the holiday home. OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION: ------------------------------------------ - Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house! - Animals are not allowed - Our holiday home house has a washing machine and a dryer that you can use at no additional cost - The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, ...) - Our holiday home is located near a small school - The house is located in the center of Camaret. The house does not have private parking. Cars must be parked on the street where parking is free. It is easy to find a place there. - We will provide you with towels but we ask you not to take our towels to the beach - No additional guest without our prior agreement GARDEN : ----------- - Lawn - Terrace - Garden furniture with chairs - 2 deck chairs - The barbecue grill is outside in the storage shed. Please clean it after each use. - Outdoor games are available to enjoy the time in the garden - You will find in the garden shed 6 mountain bikes available for our guests free of charge: 3 mountain bikes for adults, 1 mountain bike for a 4 to 6 years old child, 1 mountain bike for a 6 years old child and 1 mountain bike for a 8 years old child. We also provide you guiding books to show you all mountain biking and hiking trails in Camaret sur Mer and its surroundings. WHEN LEAVING THE HOLIDAY HOME : ----------------------------------------------- - Do not forget to put keys in the key box outside the house - The house must be clean when you leave, you must leave it in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived - The kitchen must be cleaned after each use, the dishwasher must be emptied as well as the bins. - Please pull down all the curtains when leaving the house. - Make sure all electrical appliances, washing machine, drought, dishwasher, TV , radios and lights are turned off when you leave. - Please take all linin of beds, and used towels, and put on bathroom floor, please Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house.
