The house is a private guest house, alongside a typical Tuscan Villa with a history of over 300 years, with a panoramic view of the Tuscan hills, the medieval town of Massa Cozzile and the city below. We are renting a newly renovated private guest house, 60 sq mt (700 sq ft). The one-bedroom guest house can accommodate up to two people (second bed in the living room, sofa bed). The anatomical mattress in the bedroom is brand new. The house includes a microwave, linens, hi-fi stereo, TV, bathroom, and more. The neighborhood features restaurants specializing in local cuisine and typical Tuscan products. The 4300 sq ft villa was completely renovated and is situated on two acres of woods, fruit orchards, and olive trees. Our 100% organic garden and vineyard are at guests' disposal. The house has a basic fitness center which guests can use. Breakfast Included: We offer four different breakfast options including Continental, English, Vegetarian, and Vegan. The $50 breakfast cost is included in the listing under "community fee". Guest House Amenities: The kitchen in the guest house includes cooking supplies - guests are welcome to use the fresh fruit and produce grown on the estate to cook meals at no extra charge. For an extra fee of €45, a beach gazebo located around 40 minutes away by car is available. This is free for guests as we have it for the whole season, though it would normally cost €45 per day.
