Floripa Summer 2026. Beachfront house on Pântano do Sul Beach. We have 2 suites and 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Totaling 3 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 people. When I say beachfront, I literally mean with your feet in the sand. Daily rates from R$ 2,000.00 from December to March. New Year's Eve and Christmas parties R$ 2,500.00. The space It's a family house on the beach of Pantano Do Sul, home with 2 bedrooms with bath, 1 double bed room and and 1 room with 2 single beds. Sleeps 6 people. When I say the seafront is literally in front of the ocean Pantano Do Sul is considered one of the most popular fishing colonies on the Island, The beach is 2.35 km long with open sea, calm areas and areas with surf. Located 31 km from downtown Florianópolis, Most of the people who visit here are locals or tourists looking for a quiet place to visit. With good restaurant options, Pantano Do Sul specializes in seafood. The morning air gives a feeling of tranquility while you watch the fisherman return with the days catch of fresh fish, That's why the restaurants are always full of people. Also in Pantano Do Sul is the oldest archeological are of the island , the sand isacient deposits sea shells,( sambaqui ) There are burial grounds on the hills left by savage costal tribes from as far back as 4,500 years. One of the last strongholds of Mata Atlantica forest still preserved in Florianópolis, the Municipal Park of Lagoinha do leste , was created by law in 1992 and covers an area of 453 hectares of lush beauty. The best way to get to Lagoinha is on foot. there are no roads. One can also go by sea with a small taxi boat if the waves are not big. - or helicopter. .
