Swimming pool, basketball court, and tennis court available to guests on property. Private entrance to the condos with gate code. Parking passes available for your vehicles. This condo will have assigned parking spot and there are additional non-assigned spots for additional vehicle. Fishing piers have codes for access in and out. I am available by text anytime. Condo is within 2 miles of dollar store, 5 miles of grocery store, restaurants, bait shops, shopping, and public Rockport Beach. This condo complex sits on the end of Rockport where Aransas Bay and Copano Bay meet. The condo sits on Fulton Beach Road which is along the Bay which makes for an amazing walk, run, etc. Rockport beach is a 5 minute drive away along with shopping, restaurants, bait shops, etc. Condo kitchen is equipped with necessities; a few paper towels, pots, pans, coffee maker (it takes k-cups), dishes, toaster, etc. Paper products, paper towels and toilet paper, are supplied for a few days. If your stay is long, you may need to purchase additional. Bring your own food. Bathrooms are equipped with necessities, toilet paper and towels. Bring your preferred shampoo, conditioners, and soap.
