During the off season of Oct 1 to May 31 2026 we are offering DISCOUNT RATES. Option one, $285 nightly , with a minimum 3 night stay, Option two $1200 weekly, 7 night rental, Option three, $4000 monthly , 28 day rental. With discounted rates you will be responsible for the cleaning fee of $200, per stay which we can discuss when I receive your inquiry. The space Sea Escape is located on the beautiful Northumberland Strait, where the waters are warm & the views are spectacular; This executive beach front home offers 2 acres of property, with 400ft of beach front access. Our home offers serenity, peace and relaxation. Close to fresh lobster/seafood, speciality shops, golf courses, museums & beautiful scenery. 30-40 minutes away from shopping for more basis needs. Max 8 guest. Guest access Sleeping arrangements: Master bedroom has a King Bed, Bedroom 2 & 3 have double beds & Bedroom 4 has a Day bed which can also be set up as two single beds or a King Bed upon request.
