The space This is a duplex and the space is the entire private downstairs unit. There is an upstairs unit that has quiet long term renters. Hardwood floors and high ceilings. The spacious bedroom has new California King bed and walk in closet. The living room has a pull out sofa with a queen mattress with 2 1/2” tempur-pedic matress topper. Also an additional single pull out. There is a fenced yard, bbq, hammock and deck with patio dining under a canopy of oaks. The full kitchen is equipped for cooking and dining for 5 guests. There is a washer and dryer and two Tv's (one in the living room and bedroom.) The property is in a quiet secluded country setting yet convenient to the beaches, hiking, wine country, shopping and dining. A 5 minute drive will take you to Pismo Beach, Oceano State Dunes, Shell Beach, Avila Beach, Edna Valley Wine Tasting, Outlet Shopping. You will be 20 minutes to San Luis Obispo (the Happiest Place in America!) and Cal Poly, Los Osos, Montana De Oro, Morro Bay.
