Welcome to your home away from home! Cozy private bedroom which trundle twin bed is tucked in quiet corner of single family home with large open living room and fully equipped kitchen. Neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful and minutes to airport, beach, conference hotels and family-friendly activities. $2 public transportation from LAX to within one and a half blocks of property, with trains to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Long Beach and many other area destinations. The space Private room has twin trundle bed with a second twin bed tucked underneath to conserve space by day and available to pull out and use at night. Desk, chair, shelves and clothing rod and hangers are available for hanging your clothing. Semi private bathroom with shower (no tub) is shared between two guest bedrooms. Upgrade your stay by booking both rooms giving you a 2 bedroom / 1 bath private suite that accommodates 4 to 5 guests. A diffuser will be made available for your room, upon request, for the duration of your stay for use with your own essential oils. Alternatively, a custom oil blend can be made for you that you are free to take home with you at the conclusion of your stay, for a nominal fee. Guest access You are our guest!! Our house is your house. The public areas are available for your use and enjoyment. These include a large, open common area with sectional sofa, gas fire place, grand piano, guitar, and other musical instruments. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am, daily. Fully equipped kitchen includes 4-burner gas stove, convection oven, Vitamix blender, alkaline water dispenser and more. Note there is no microwave on premise, in order to keep our guests protected from any potential harmful radiation. Laundry facilities are on site in the back quarters of the yard. If you have need of laundry service, the host can assist you during the hours of 8am to 11pm. During your stay A host will be there to greet you upon your arrival and will be available most times to answer your questions, guide you to local shopping areas, recommend restaurants, or attend to any other need. Hosts are seasoned travelers and use Airbnb during their stays. They would love to chat, swap stories and invite you to meals when possible, yet are respectful of your needs for privacy and personal space. Host has been extensively trained and experience in VRT (Vibrational Raindrop Technique) using Young Living essential oils. If you feel you may want to schedule a VRT session to help relax and unwind at the end of a busy day, please indicate this in your booking inquiry, or alert the host after your arrival. Other things to note Coffee and tea are provided in the mornings. If you would like host to prepare meals, smoothies or provide snacks, groceries etc., this can be arranged for nominal charge. Hosts have friendly dogs on the premise that are kept in the back yard during the day and in the separate back quarters at night. If you feel this may be a concern, please contact host prior to booking, especially if you have need of laundry services during the day.
