I like to give my guests their privacy during their stay, but I am available to answer any questions you may have, or to help make your stay more enjoyable! The Butler House is across the street from the St. Clair Brooks park which includes: running trails, a playground, skate park, baseball, basketball, and volleyball courts. A leisurely walk through the park can lead you right into downtown! A YMCA and water park is also located across the street for fun, drop in activities. Conveniently located 3 mi from Interstate 95 and 2 mi from downtown Fredericksburg! Leave the property on foot or by bike to enjoy the trails through the park across the street.
