Highland House is a unique space, owned and operated by Lyon College and available for both overnight stays as well as events. Located across the street from the college, the area is quiet and walkable, while just a few blocks away from 2 major highways. Guests have access to the entire first floor and all of its common areas, in addition to your private suite. In addition to your room on 3rd flr, a set of rooms are available for rent separately on 2nd floor, listed as "Heather and Thistle." The space All exterior doors and bedroom doors have keycode, magnetic lock access. A unique 4 digit code will be provided the morning of your stay. Entering the House: The easiest way to enter the house is through the garage. Enter your code, press star, and enter the lower level. The stairs lead up into the main house and common areas. You can also enter through the back door, facing the woods and patio. Enter your code, press star, and quickly jerk the door toward you before pushing open into the house. This allows the magnetic strip to deactivate. Finding your room: The Presidential Suite is located on the third floor. Take the stairs all the way to third floor, Enter your 4 digit code to enter the suite. Guest access All first floor spaces, grounds, laundry and utility and your suite.
