Entire Spacious, Private Loft Apt Historic Beverly

The loft suite is all yours and best for 1 - 2 Entire private apartment with bathroom, kitchenette & separate entrance (locked doors) in a lovely historic Beverly. Kitchenette with cooktop, toaster, air fryer and microwave. We are onsite hosts as we live on the 1st two floors. Our place may not suitable for you if you have difficulty with stairs or lots of luggage (3rd floor) Free off street and on street parking The space The space is the entire 3rd floor! A loft flat in a Victorian circa 1890 home. It is totally private with separate access with locked doors. It is roomy and light-filled. It has high ceilings and a funky turn of the vintage vibe! This space is best suited for 1-2 people attending an event; a wedding; or visiting Chicago to see the sights while visiting from out of town. Thanks for considering my place. It's spacious, it's lovely. We want the right fit for everyone and want our guests to comfortable, happy, and pleased with the space and amenities. Good vibes are essential! We have everything you need: Fluffy big towels, sheets, hairdryer, 4K TV ROKU, Prime, and Netflix. It does NOT have a kitchen, but it does have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric tea kettle -- and snacks and beverages (Soda, water, sometimes even beer + wine). Please note: If stairs are a challenge or you have a boatload of luggage our place probably not best for you. There are 24 steps to the upstairs loft. Guest access We meet guests in person to provide access. General check-in time is 4pm to 10pm. Arrviing earlier or later? Let discuss! If you are arriving very late (after 11 pm) or very early, we may not be your best option. We can be flexible possible for early or late check-in, where possible. When early check-in is not possible, it is generally because we need time to clean and refresh the space. If you have a need for early check-in or late check-out - let us know as soon as you can. We try to accommodate you whenever possible. Advance notice and effective communication are helpful but in the case of unforeseen travel challenges - we do our best to make it easy. Airbnb is all about trust and communication. Other things to note This is a cozy quiet space best for individuals or couples. This is our primary residence and we live on the 1st and 2nd floor so are available if needed. It has all the comforts of home - simple, modest, and elegant. You have access through the front door and complete privacy with a separate entrance (locked door) to your unit. We share a common hallway. We prefer to host guests that have reviews from other hosts. If you are new to Airbnb - consider completing your profile. We will consider 1st-time Airbnb guests-- will likely share our expectations and ask a few questions. We also expect that if you are new to Airbnb, a complete profile includes is a picture, and personal information, fully verified and includes your location identified. It is also recommended that you complete the "about me" section of the profile, even if you are verified. It helps us understand if we are a good match as host and guest. We do not accept reservations without a picture if cannot identify your face or without a fully verified Airbnb profile. All guests must either have a verified Airbnb profile with a picture or provide government issued identification. We will also make you have all the information to be able to identify if our Airbnb is right for you -- and matches your needs and expectations.
