Quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Minimum thirty day stay. Exit the garden onto a community trail, which connects to everything in Boulder. Cozy and beautiful. Newly redone Master Bedroom and bathroom, windows, upstairs Bathroom. Solid fast internet. A great place to work remote or to kick back and rest. Can accommodate more guests if requested. Public tennis courts are available, two minute walk. Two parks. One park has a very nice playground for young children. The space Two floors for residence. Laundry and meditation room in the basement. The main floor has open plan for kitchen, dining, streaming, and living; and a large vaulted-ceiling main bedroom with adjacent bathroom (newly-renovated bathroom and Italian shower stall.) The second floor has a second full bathroom, a bedroom and a study/work area. There are two bedrooms, one queen bed, one double bed; and a fold out for one person in the office. Wi-fi everywhere, wired ethernet in the work area. Large deck to the rear, to the North, shaded from our glorious Colorado sun, with sun shades (in season). Step into the hot tub. Sit under the pergola, under the grape vines. Garden by a serious gardener, lots and lots of blooms and green, herbs and vegetables. Child's play house. And child's play pool for backyard. And in true Boulder tradition, there is a massage table for your use. Air purifier. Humidifier. Gate from the back yard to the community path - connects to the vast network of Boulder paths and trails. Walk, run, bike, ebike. Oops, no horses on that path. Guest access Use the front door to get in, cohost will provide a code for you. Parking for two cars (stacked) in the driveway. More free and available parking in the street. Short walk to municipal bus line 205. One mile walk to restaurants, supermarket, coffee shop. Gate from the back yard to the community path. Other things to note In season, pick your cherries, raspberries, plums, tomatoes, zucchini from our trees and bushes. Bird feeders galore see the birds from the dining table. Maybe see humingbirds too. Walking distance to a popular birder stretch of forest. There's always red-tailed hawks to see. Lots of praries dogs too. Many many accessible community trails, reaching to the Boulder County network, and to downtown Boulder by bicycle. The air conditioning uses an evaporative cooler ("swamp cooler"), which is very effective in this dry climate. Just set the remote and let it run. It can make the house too cool if you set the temperature too low. And the equipment uses lots less energy than common air conditioning systems.
