The counter is situated with two barstools and dimmed lighting. Out the backdoor is a private patio and grill to use. Property is a duplex in a safe quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to downtown. The house is professionally maintained with a cleaning crew and handyman. 1 small pet allowed with approval. The space The apartment door is located on the left side of the main house. It is completely private. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking or riding bikes. Guest access Full Access of the apartment, private patio area with gas grill and seating. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Other things to note PETS; unfortunately this property can not accommodate any pets due to allergies and owners wishes. If you are traveling with a pet let us know and we would be happy to see what other properties we have available for you and your furry friend. We charge a $500 fee for any animals discovered on the property.
