The Carriage House

Our little house was built in 1865 at the end of the civil war, so it does have a few quirks, such as squeaky stairs and sloping floors. It has since been updated(thank goodness!) but has maintained alot of its charm, including the original wrap around porch, architectural details including gothic arches on the front, and the stained glass window in the side entryway. Central heating and indoor plumbing( lol) are a few of the numerous updates. Almost all of the windows have been updated. The space Eclectically, yet cozily decorated. Leather couch and chair with ottoman, Smart TV with antenna and internet accessible channels, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities on the first floor. Free internet. It is close to downtown and many amenities, but sits back off the street in a quiet city neighborhood. Guest access 2 beds, 1 and 3/4 baths, living room, dining room, full kitchen, wrap around porch. Other things to note Free off street parking for two vehicles, walking distance to many downtown activities and amenities.
