The vantage point is everything! From the high level of the third floor, this fully equipped condo offers wonderful gulf views and amazing sunrises! Located at Casa del Mar, it has two pools (1 heated), and is just across the street from Babes beach. If you are in town for the weekend or a long getaway, this is the perfect place for you to come and escape the stresses of life and relax! The space This unit is on the third floor of the eastern building of the Casa del Mar complex. It has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a set of twin bunks, and a queen-size fold-out couch. Guest access When you arrive at the complex, you will check in with the front desk. You will need to pay $25 for a parking pass per vehicle (2 car maximum), and they will give you swimming wristbands. For stays between 8 to 30 days the fee will be $75 per vehicle. If you arrive after hours, you can just go into the unit, and as long as you swing by the desk first thing in the morning they will get you taken care of with no issues. Other things to note The Casa del Mar has a strictly enforced limit on occupancy in the units. You must have 6 people or less, regardless of age, or they will not sell you a parking pass or accommodate you. Our units are equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and as a courtesy we try to leave 3 or 4 coffee pods , but if you'll be needing more please be sure to pack some! We have bath towels, hand, and face towels at roughly one per person. We leave complimentary soaps that would usually last possibly 2 days. We do not have beach towels as those tend to get left on the beach. We do not restock towels during stays like a hotel. There are shared laundry areas in the building that guests use to wash the stocked towels. If you do not want to wash while here then plan to bring extra bath towels. Registration Details GVR-15933
