The space Sleeps 8 guests. 3 bedrooms. 1/3 bedrooms is a master with connecting full bath, including a beautiful view of the Center Hill Lake & smart TV. The upstairs consists of a card game area, television for movies, & a sleeper sofa. The area has a catwalk to the highest balcony. Our main floor has the kitchen, living room/gas fireplace, with a walkout balcony. The lowest level is the garage/unfinished basement with a ping-pong table - dartboard - & has attached walk-out seating area with wonderful views of the lake. The back porch has comfy seating with a fire pit & a hot tub! Be sure to look at all photos, the driveway is steep. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Other things to note -The house has a *very steep driveway*. Be cautious- especially if it is raining. In the winter months when ice could be present do not drive up the driveway. If it is raining do not drive up. You will have to walk up to the house. -If you're looking for extreme convenience this listing isn't for you. It’s a secluded home in a small lake town with incredible scenery, mountains, & PEACE. We're located about 10min off of the main road & at least 10 minutes from the nearest gas station or store. KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN BOOKING. Too many guests have false expectations. If you’re looking to relax & enjoy nature/lake life: this is your spot. --*NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE OF ANY KIND! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!* -NO PARTIES. Respecting our community is our top priority. --MUST BE 25 or older to rent this property no exceptions. We’ve had too many issues with this. -Depending on the time of year & foliage growth the lake view may be less visible. We absolutely have no control over this. -*NO PETS* - as much as we love animals, we do not allow guests to bring theirs (unless it is a service animal). The extra wear & tear on our beautiful cabins is a risk we will not take. -Wooded areas around bodies of water are homes to critters such as but not limited to deer, squirrels, rodents, insects, reptiles. We have a pest control company visit quarterly/as needed; however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible around the property. The presence of any such critters does not entitle the guest to a refund. When traveling to the state of Tennessee be sure to familiarize yourself/group on what reptiles & animals will be present in the area you’re visiting. -This is a fairly secluded cabin in the woods. We have 2 neighbors on our entire street. - 󱠃hot tub without a gate or lock 󱠃Heights without rails or protection — “The hot tub and retaining wall is blocking the drop off to our driveway but a child could walk thru the area. Please be aware of this and keep children away.” - If you do not live in the state of TN it is imperative you do your own research on animals, insects, & reptiles that live in this state. Especially around bodies of water.
