Jump in the river for a refreshing swim, drop a line and fish for trout, perch and catfish, bring a tube, float or canoe and relax on the river. This River Home is within short walking distance of the quaint town of Blanco and an hour drive to Austin, San Antonio, Wimberley and Fredericksburg (including the Fredericksburg Wine Road 290!). Explore all that the Texas Hill Country offers from amazing scenic drives, bar-b-que and live music in Austin, Tex-mex and shopping in San Antonio (plus Sea World and Fiesta Texas), antiquing and the Wine Trail in Fredericksburg, (the Admiral Nimitz Museum is a must for WWII enthusiasts) explore the towns of Kerrville or Johnson City; the boyhood home of President Lyndon Baines Johnson, all from your home base of this Blanco River Home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home which includes: - 2 Bedrooms, one with a King Bed and private bath with recently installed walk-in Shower. The second bedroom features two Single Beds and a Full Bed. - A second bathroom includes an update with new toilet, tub/shower and sink. - 32" flat screen TV in Master Bedroom with DVD player. No cable or satellite.
