Cozy Coop with a View

This house is perfect for a private get away. There is a patio bar & a large picture frame window that commands the best views in the area. Sit & enjoy the large patio right off the entryway to the house. I have been told our home used to be a chicken coop in the 50-60's. It is far different now, we just finished a complete remodel. Everything is updated, upgraded & ready for you. Being on the top of the hill you get the nice views, but sounds carries as well, please respect the neighbors. The space Our small farmhouse style cottage features all the amenities of a larger home. You will enjoy a well thought out space that has full sized fridge, oven and laundry. The house is far off the street allowing privacy and parking. Guest access This is a completely separate rear house on the same property as a 1932 historical Tudor house. Please do not bother the residents of the front Tudor house. Please park and enter the house on the Judson Way easement. Other things to note The linens for the pull out couch are in the couch end storage. The longer part of couch lifts up. This is the ikea pullout couch. It is good for 1-2 small kids. I would not recommend this bed for more than 1 adult.
