We have a beautiful building from the 1640s, full of charm, with 4 independent cottages located 100 m from the river and in a quiet cul-de-sac where you can relax and unwind. You have everything you need within a 2 km radius. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay with a beautiful swimming pool and a bowling green. The space This vacation rental is composed of 10 beds 2 master bedrooms with double bed (one with a 160 mattress and another with a 140) 1 dormitory with 3 bunk beds (sleeps 6, 90 x 190) The vacation rental is equipped with a microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge with freezer, air conditioning in the bedrooms and kitchen/TV corner), 3 televisions, electric oven, electric stove, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. You can have lunch on your 60 m² terrace, enjoy the groves to relax in the deckchairs, enjoy the swimming pool and the bowling green. Le Puech is a quiet neighborhood, with some secondary residences, near the town of Les Vans. You won't regret it. It's really magical, nature surrounds us! At the first roundabout after passing the bridge over Chassezac towards Les Vans, take the second right, Chemin du Ganivay. You have arrived!!!! The Puech neighborhood is quiet with some secondary residences. You have everything you might need 2 km away.
