Heated Pool /Hot Tub Villa

Welcome to your newly remodeled complete pool house featuring a private entrance, brand new bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower, the unit has two memory foam queen mattresses as well as a full fold out futon and smart tvs. The in ground pool is HEATED (certain times) and and there is a 4 person hot tub on site, with a hibachi flattop grill and lounge chairs for your relaxation. This space has a maximum of 4 guests allowed no exceptions, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!! The space PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU BOOK....HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR ROUND however the pool is closed mid october- mid may. The Space - Walking into your gorgeous apartment you'll first enter the living room then a fully functional kitchen with basic cooking utensils, plates, pans etc. Down the hall is the master bath with double sinks and the master suite with a new hybrid pillow top memory foam mattress, custom made wooden treatments, and smart tv. You also have a nice second sleeping area just off the main living room area. This is not an actual two bedroom, it’s one full bedroom with another queen bed just off the living room also a full size futon for additional sleeping. The apartment is in a triplex with 2 other Airbnbs (separate apartments) on the property, all under my profile. Guests in the other apartment are very limited (3 & 4) and rarely all full. YOUR APARTMENT IS COMPLETELY SEPARATE AND PRIVATE with your own entrance and parking. You have your own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, dining and bedrooms. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES!!! If you show up with intent to throw a party do not be surprised when the police show up to escort you out with no refund!!! This is 100% against mine and Airbnb’s rules and you will be in jeopardy of being kicked off the platform and not allowed to use Airbnb again. Please do not test this as there is no exceptions!! No you cannot book for 4 and then have people “visit” the pool and property, again this is against Airbnb’s policy and not how the platform works. You will be asked to leave with no refund! If this is your intention please look elsewhere. Guest Access - In addition to the home, please feel free to enjoy the pool which depending on spring and fall temps is typically heated from mid May into mid June, then again from mid September through October. THE HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR ROUND however the pool closes mid October-mid may. Please shower before use of the pool or hot tub. There is a hibachi flattop grill and propane grill for your convenience along with some lounge chairs and small tables and chairs for comfort. THE POOL IS A SHARED SPACE ALONG WITH TWO OTHER AIRBNBS ON THE PROPERTY. Most times it is not used by both parties but occasionally you may see other guests at the pool. Guest access THE HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR ROUND however the pool closes mid October-mid may. This is a multi unit Airbnb meaning there are 3 apartments on site. You have your own private apartment, access and parking. The pool, hot tub and grill area are common spaces to be shared by guests. It is unlikely but possible that another guest could be at the pool. We keep the maximum number of guests to a minimum. Other things to note THE HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR ROUND however the pool closes mid October-mid may.If you show up with more people than you booked for you will be asked to leave without refund. This is against Airbnb’s rules as well as my own. The maximum allowed is 4 people this is not negotiable. Kids count as people. You may not book for 4 and have more people show up to use the pool. There is absolutely no marijuana allowed in the house at all no exceptions, not rolled, stored or especially smoked. It is not fair to other guests staying especially ones with children should not be having to deal with this. If you do you will be asked to leave without refund and reported to Airbnb.
